All clients must sign a service agreement before we start any of our housecleaning services.
If you have to cancel any service appointment you must give us at least 2 working days notice. If you give us less than 2 days notice you will be liable for 50% of the service rate and if you cancel the day of service you will be charged 100% of the service rate.
Payment is due upon or before completion of service. If you are on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service plan you can pay a month in advance. All invoices will be sent via email and can be paid online. If you prefer using a check please leave it for your carefree cleaning person to pick up on the day of service. Late payments will incur late payment fees and any returned checks will incur any fees associated with the return check.
If there is a problem with your cleaning you must notify us within 24 hours.
If you have any damage to floors, walls, appliances, etc., you must notify us before your cleaning. We will then make a note of any damage and take a picture before we start service. If we notice any damage prior to cleaning we will notify right away.
